Start making money online for $0

Ok so let’s get started. You want to earn money online?
A couple of the first things you need to establish when venturing into making money online are, why and what skills or services do you have to offer? Most of the time I am asked “Can you make me a website so I can make money” And my response is what kind of site and they have no clue.

What skills do you have to offer?

  • Maybe you are pet expert or love fishing. Perhaps you are a great cook with dozens of recipes to share. Maybe you can offer tips to improve your bowling, golf or woodworking. Try listing out the things you are good at and picking those that you consider yourself to excel in.

Why do you want to start a Making money online business?

  • Is it because you are tired of being under someone else’s thumb? Tired of making someone else rich? Or having others look down on you because they have a higher position in the company than you? Maybe changing your lifestyle means you can kiss those idiots goodbye once and for all.

  1. Do you like to stay up late or sleep in?
  2. Do you want to be able to buy a new home or car?
  3. Have you had it with driving in bumper-to-bumper traffic?
  4. Do you enjoy a challenge? Prove to yourself and others you CAN do it!
  5. Do you want more out of life?
  6. Are you yearning to spend more time with family, friends or doing hobbies?
  7. Do you want the potential to make more money than you can in your job?
  • All of these things are possible and not out of reach. The only thing you need is someone to walk you through the process step by step. As I mentioned when I started this blog, you will be learning things here that work. I will not be selling you anything; I don’t want to sell you anything. I was challenged to do this without using any of my day to day resources so the average Jill / Joe could do the same.

  • I have already given lesson 1 and it is by far one that pisses me off the most because so many just don’t get it. Notice the date of my first post and the date this post, 2WEEKS! So many times I am asked if I can help someone start a site or online business then see no follow through or such slow work contribution. When you start something finish it. Desiring something and having drive enough to work at it are 2 completely different things.

  • Once you get it, I mean really get it, you'll likely be in this online business the rest of your life. It's a great business to be in. How big you grow is up to you. Maybe you'll have dozens of employees and be a true big shot. Or maybe you'll be a one-person band and run the show yourself that's up to you.

What's stopping you from getting your money? Earn millions with this!! Quit your job tomorrow!! Make thousand$$$ daily, “Hey watch how a 3 year old mouse makes $50,000 a month selling cheese”

  • You've seen the ads. Then the behind the scene the missing photo shot that you don’t see is of a guy with an open box taking a crap in it and then applying some cool graphics to it to make it appear like it is a real book that he/she authored. They glamorize the sales pitch and let you smell and desire that big juicy steak and when you spend your hard earned money for it you find out the box only contained beanie weenies or a half eaten moon pie. You are not going to learn any of this hype here. My staff and I have gone through 1,000s of these types of programs looking for an edge. I budget about $2000 per month devoted to this one task. This blog will not be here to bash failures or scammers but I will make one thing clear. If you see something here, it works! If you don’t see it here we are not saying that it does not work, perhaps we have not had the opportunity to examine and test it yet. If this is the case please drop us a comment and we will be happy to work it into a review. We are always looking for additions to our business. I have a grown an online money making business which started in 1995 and now contains Paid dating sites, free dating sites, music sites, films sites, directories, direct marketing sites and countless blogs to name a few.

True methods of Getting started with $0

I know you have probably already heard this 100s of times but blogs can provide substantial amounts of income if they are done correctly. What I mean by correctly is if the content you provide to your readers is Useful and Original. Blogs are also a great way of building your network for future growth.

If you want an ever-growing profitable blog that is sustainable for the long-term, don't take risks - use the 'white hat' and correct approach. By following simple rules that’s how you will achieve this.

1. Select A Tightly Targeted Niche Topic

First, make a list of topics that you have the highest interest. You are going to be spending a lot of time with this topic, so pick something you at least know a little about and are willing to learn more about, or something that you are an expert on.

With that list, go to http://7search.com/scripts/searchterms/top_paying.asp to see what the highest paying keywords are. Do any of your topics match any of those keywords? If not, look at those keywords, and try to pick one that fits into what you can ‘talk’ about.

You’ll notice that the top paying keywords are mostly about gambling and prescription drugs. In most cases, you don’t want to write about those topics, so keep going down the list until you find something that interests you which you can passionately work on.

If you don’t find anything on that list of interest to you, visit Yahoo Search Marketing at http://www.overture.com and use their resources to find high paying keywords, or to find out how popular the topics on your list are.

2. Find Money Programs For Your Niche
This is a tricky area, choosing the correct program for you. When building a site you always want to think ahead of the game. With things like Adsense in some site cases can actually hurt your online money making business and in other site cases it can boost it. Let’s think about this for a moment. What is one thing that all sites need in order to survive and grow? The answer is traffic and with Adsense your visitors will have many exits to choose from. If my goal is to direct market an affiliate program or item I really don’t want to take my visitors thoughts away from that task. Too many choices equal a confused mind and a confused mind always says NO. So choose you monetization carefully. I will discuss this along with other copywriting techniques later, so stay tuned.

Make a list of good paying and high converting affiliate programs in your chosen niche. The toughest part is finding great products that are high quality, highly marketable and with substantial income opportunity. The last thing you want to do is build a reputation of hosting and peddling garbage. I personally have a rule of thumb, if it can’t produce me at least 6 figures annually it isn’t worth my effort that is why I devote a budget and some of my staff to weed through these. Here are a few places you can research on: ClickBank Marketplace, AssociatePrograms.com, LinkShare.com, CJ.com etc.

After you've signed up for the relevant affiliate programs, collect all the marketing materials and organize them in one convenient folder. Marketing materials may include articles, text links, banner ads, classified ads etc. that you can use on your blog. I would not recommend this method as it saturates the web with more and more copy and paste crap. I would suggest taking the material they offer and then rewriting it in your own words.

You can use articles as content, text links throughout your blog, and banners along the borders of the blog pages. You will need to know how to edit the templates in order to do this. If you need help, refer to your blog host for the FAQs.

3. Set Up Your Money-Making Blog

Once you have your niche and affiliate programs ready, it's time to set up your blog! There are countless places online where you can set up a blog for free. If you have a website, you can set up a blog on your website as well. Check with your web host to see what blogging software they include with your hosting account.

If you don’t have a website (and many successful bloggers don’t) get a blog through a site such as http://www.blogger.com or http://www.wordpress.org.

But no matter which blogging host you choose, just make sure that you will be able to edit the templates for the blog to add in your affiliate marketing materials. In my experience wordpress does not allow hosting of advertising unless you are on a paid plan and this is about making money online for $0. I have read in the past that wordpress is working on the ability to share adsense but I’m not sure how far along that is and also it would not be very profitable unless you have a ton of traffic and if you had a ton of traffic you would already be on your own host making a ton of money and would not need me.

Here's the thing - if you're using Blogger.com for example, use your main keyword for the niche you've selected IN the blogger blog domain.

Next choose a name for your blog carefully. You don’t want to just name it My Blog or something. Now you should also use your main keyword as it is in the title.

4. Posting Keyword Relevant Content

There are various methods of getting content for your blog. A few good ones are:

- Free reprint articles You can do a search for “free articles” and you will find many sites and once at a article site just search your niche.

- Private Label Products

- Writing your own

Lets talk about the last method as it's something many have problems with. The best advice I can give is to "write like you talk". Don't forget that a blog is essentially for expressing your own opinion and to share your knowledge, while making good profits out of doing it.

Another simple method is to find related keyword content at forums which you can use on your blog. It's not stealing; all you've to do is make it as a quote with a link back.

The 'secret' though is to include your keywords in BOTH your post title and content for good rankings, and with the combination of keywords in domain and page title, Like profit ace making money online, you 'can't fail'. Basic SEO (which is also the safest) combined with relevant content and quality back links will do more wonders for your search engine traffic than any 'software'.

Once you're set up, it's advisable to follow a fixed schedule of posting new content every day or two days when your blog is new. Of course do remember to add in relevant affiliate recommendations within the content, this is why we are even discussing this remember?

5. Promoting Your Blog For A Traffic Avalanche

You WILL need to promote your blog as opposed to common thinking (at least when you're starting out). This helps to get it ranked AND build a readership for your blog.

First thing to do is to submit your new blog into the main search engines and directories; link it to another indexed website; buy links, etc. One free tool that I found that isn’t quite finished but allot of it is usable right now and free. Promote This site allows you to simply click a search engine or directory and be taken straight to their submit page saving you lots of time. Again it wasn’t finished the last time I was there but allot of it was functional.

Next head on over to http://www.masternewmedia.org/rss/top55/, http://www.pingoat.com, http://www.digg.com, and http://www.pingomatic.com to submit your blog. There are many more if you wish to use.

Important thing in all your submissions is to use your main keywords in both the title and description.

You should also re-submit your blog at the above directories each time you make new posts.

Remember - a blog is pretty much promoted just like a website. If you want an automatic program to submit your blog, "Blog Submitter Pro" is powerful and works very well though it's kind of 'controversial'. This is a tool provided from Mr. Ewen Chia In one of his packages as a bonus tool and very worth it. I have to admit I do not normally use any type of black hat methods but this one works very nicely with little ill effect. I personally feel it is better hand submitting high quality material; it will do much better for your site. Most of the submitters and log file trappers tend to only waste your time and money and piss people off.

There you go. While it will take some time to see results and build up your readership, you've already created a brand new 'affiliate blog' which you can monetize easily. You can also begin building your own email lists for future growth of your business. If you will note at the top right of my site I use 2. Each of these has a specific purpose. 1 captures and sends useful info to my readers the other Captures and teaches you how to do the same.

And if your posts are good, you're focused to your target market, and promote your blog, I can't see why you won't make a ton of autopilot affiliate commissions!

Rinse and repeat with another blog or another niche. In other words once you have it going and making money, build another one covering I different topic, different keywords etc...
